While the user is in position, the large footplate and the leg pads' vertical adjustments can both be made. The frame has a unique two-coat powder finish for long-lasting durability and a step-through design for simple entry and exit. Work those legs for maximum isolation of the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus.
