This is our 2nd Sauna from Competitor’s Outlet. When we sold our house, the new owners asked to keep it, so we got a bigger one!! It is beautiful and was easy to put together. We use it several times a week and I’m always amazed at how much better I feel. After a long day at the office, I look forward to it to relax and it’s wonderful for the long, cold winter days where we live. I love the sound system for music or if I am catching up on a show. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase and I completely recommend buying from Competitors Outlet. The staff is great to work with.

It showed up quickly and husband and I were able to assemble. Working well! One thing with delivery that other's might want to know...once it arrived in town the local delivery company didn't call me to set up local delivery. But I was able to track down a contact person, reach out, and they pretty quickly got me scheduled.

Don't hesitate to purchase this product from Competitor's Outlet! The delivery was fast, set up was easy and after using it almost daily for a month, I love it! It heats up pretty quick, stays at a comfortable 145-150, and looks great. I had a question prior to assembly, which was answered quickly. I generally am very cold, so after a 30 minute session, I feel nice and warm, and energized. I am glad I made this purchase.

The ordering specialist was amazing and worked with me when I charged the wrong credit card. I was given back rests due to the long lead time. It was very easy to put together, although, a mallet was needed to get the sides all the way down in the keyholes.

Really love it. Wish it came with instructions on the different colors and what the are good for.

Great hip thrust machine, I give the machine 5 stars. I give the instructions a 1 star, they are horrible. Im very mechanically inclined and can fix and put together just about anything, but who ever made these instructions did a horrible job. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube to help out.
