Target the lower lats with the Muscle D leverage row machine, also called a plate-loaded lat row. Designed to thicken and strengthen the lower and mid lats for maximum size and power. The Muscle D leverage row relieves lower back stress and more effectively isolates the lats than a conventional bent-over row that uses a barbell.

Choose from the overhand or angled pop-pin adjustable grip choices, adding training versatility from multiple angles as well as working to accommodate different size users. A durable high-density foam chest pad provides adequate cushion for comfortability and support during those heavy lifts.
