The Steelflex Plate Loaded T-Bar Row PLT is an adjustable, high-class chest pad with an aluminum-knurled platform that supports and stabilizes the user throughout the exercise.

The curved handgrip can fine-tune a proper position during lifting motion to strengthen the back muscle and upper arm. The adjustable design of bearings ensures smoother movement when operating.

The T-Bar Row movement targets every major back muscle group, also working the shoulders and biceps.

Great machine for any gym - well worth the money.

If you have the space in your gym for it, this thing will end up saving you time because you won't have to lay a landmine with a barbell. Throw some plates on this t-bar and start to work. The angles are all rather accurate since you can adjust your position on the chest pad for the best lat activation. The motion is smooth and quiet. The whole thing is very high quality and it functions very well in my roughly 575 square foot gym space.
