Great product! Even better customer service!
Was in the market for dumbbells for a home gym and decided to give competitors outlets a chance due to a fair price. Once I ordered everything shipped within days. One dumbbell was unable to be delivered, so I emailed customer services and within an hour I got an email back. They notified me they were sending a replacement immediately. As a small business owner myself this is great to see. Need more companies like competitors outlet!
