The BenchK Wall Bar 731W comes with a removable pull-up bar with 4 felt-lined hooks to secure at a customizable height. When the pull-up bar is flipped, it can serve as a barbell rest that can hold a maximum barbell weight of 440 lb.

The BenchK Wall Bar 731W can be equipped with BenchK Dip Bar DB1W and BenchK Workout Bench B1W to add to a space-saving full-body workout space.

Exercises such as chin-ups and pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, leg and knee raise, enable users to perform a variety of body weight exercises without bulky equipment.

Impromptu workouts are welcome with BenchK's wall bars that fit into any space such as an office, studio gym, bedroom, or small-spaced apartment.
