Premium bio-mechanical features deliver independently moving arms for unilateral training and anatomically appropriate movement paths. This creates weight stack resistance that enables the workload to be adjusted to suit each user type.

Im very mechanically inclined and can fix and put together just about anything, but who ever made these instructions did a horrible job. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube to help out.
