The 7' half rack allows you to work with lower set ceilings while maintaining aesthetic and utility. 3x3 11 gauge steel laser cut uprights with a numbering system can hold a combat rope anchor, a landmine, and a dip bar.

Also included is a Pull-up bar with a curve for regular and reverse grip pull-ups.
