How to Take an Ice Bath:

• Place the barrel on a solid surface.
• Add water than ice. If you're a beginner, start at 50 to 60 degrees F.
• To enter the bath, use a step stool.
• An ice bath should last 3-5 minutes.
• Exit by standing up and SAFELY stepping on the stool with one foot first, then the other, and exit
