Love my Power Plate Move

Love my Power Plate Move. For me it's the best effective workout. Would highly recommend; so many benefits. Shipping took longer than I expected, but I am happy with my purchase.

Why is this great?

I'm loving this for my clients. You can do isometrics, push ups, or just recovery. The beauty of this comes from all the small muscle contrations that counteract the multidirectional vibrations. If you've felt it, you know it's a must have. Just be careful on the size, it's pretty big to move.

Using it everyday!

Used this at a friends house and adding this to my workouts is a game changer. Sitting, standing or lying down, you will feel your muscle contract AND relax. Couldn't be happier.

Pilates and Power Plate

I have been incorporating the power plate into my clients weekly routines regularly for 7+ years and they have seen the results within weeks of using it for just 20 minutes at the beginning of their sessions. Their flexibility has increase, joint pain has decreased or is completely gone, muscle definition has greatly improved, and those are just the results they can see and feel. I use the power plate at least 3 times a week for my resistance training, core training and to relieve pain in my neck due to stenosis and bulging discs. The increased circulation alone is amazing. I cannot say enough about the benefits of this machine.

Still Waiting

The Power Plate arrived, but no tech has yet contacted us.
