Also known as a plate-loaded preacher curl bench, the Muscle D Seated Arm Curl is different from your normal free-weight curls as it offers a consistent form of resistance throughout the entire lifting experience through cam-driven movements throughout the entire exercise.

The roomy arm pad is made of dense closed-cell foam and is positioned to maximize the resistance strain on the biceps.
