The Muscle D Plate Loaded Horizontal Bench Press is a chest press equipment that uses plates to increase pec and tricep size and strength. Similar to utilizing dumbbells, the independently moving handles hold each side accountable and prevent the dominant side from using more force than the other.

At the peak of the rep, the handles' convergent motion draws the hands closer together for better contraction and enhanced pec isolation.
