Exercises include angled or vertical position workouts such as crunches, barbells, or dumbbell presses that enable users to perform without bulky equipment and space-consuming hassle.

BenchK Wall Bar B1W's minimal design is made entirely from polyurethane (PU) without the use of synthetic leather or foam within a white powdered coated metal frame.
