The BenchK Wall Bar 733B has full versatility with it's multi-functional power tower wall bar set that comes with a removable pull-up bar, bench, and dip station that is customizable to any height. 

When the pull-up bar is flipped, it can serve as a barbell rest that can hold a maximum barbell weight is 400 LB.

Exercises such as chin-ups and pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, and leg and knee raise, enable users to perform a variety of body weight exercises 

without bulky equipment. The bench is also reversible allowing for angled or vertical position exercises such as crunches, barbells, or dumbbell presses.

BenchK Wall Bar 733B's minimal design, features qualities such as the hand-oiled beech wood rungs, durable black 

powder-coated matte metal rails, and a reversible polyurethane upholstery bench, that showcase the precision and detail achieved by the high standards of BenchK.
