The BenchK Wall Bar 712W is a multi-functional power tower wall bar set that comes with a removable pull-up bar and dip station that is customizable to any height. When the pull-up bar is flipped, it can serve as a barbell rest that can hold to a maximum barbell weight is 400 LB.
