The BenchK Wall Bar 732B is a multi-functional power tower wall bar set that comes with a removable pull-up bar and dip station that is customizable to any height. When the pull-up bar is flipped, it can serve as a barbell rest that can hold to a maximum barbell weight is 400 LB.

Exercises such as chin-ups and pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, and leg and knee raise, enable users to perform a variety of body weight exercises without bulky equipment and space-consuming hassle.
