This 2 in 1 workout machine is can attach to any of the BenchK Wall Bar Series or it can be attached to any Wall.  

For Wall Mounting:  

The set includes four hooks that should be attached to the wall at the optimal height for the user. If we mount the D8 on the top hooks, we can train using the pull-up bar. When mounted on the lower lower hooks, we get exercise handrails and armrests.
