A multifunctional BenchK Metal Pull-Up Bar allows for barbell curls within the same space

The BenchK Metal Pull Up Bar PB3B has 4 felt-lined hooks to prevent marking the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull-up bar can be positioned at different heights adjusted to the user.

The pull-up bar can be rotated to be used as a barbell rest. The maximum weight of the barbell can be up to 440 lb.

BenchK Metal Pull-Up Bar PB3B is designed especially for the BenchK 700 series wall bars, but it is also compatible with all other BenchK wall bar series.

Great Hip Thrust Machine

Great hip thrust machine, I give the machine 5 stars. I give the instructions a 1 star, they are horrible. Im very mechanically inclined and can fix and put together just about anything, but who ever made these instructions did a horrible job. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube to help out.
