The pliable soft-shell construction and balanced uniform weight make it easy to catch and throw Torque Fitness wall balls.

The non-bounce balls were designed to be compatible with the X-Series Functional Training Systems, for a high-powered, functional workout experience.

Comprised of heavy-duty vinyl-coated nylon, the wall balls remain dimensionally stable and balanced over time, making them a durable and reliable option. 

Each ball has Imperial and Metric markings that show the pound and kilogram weight of each ball.
