The Torque premium nylon covered battle rope is a great tool for metabolic and strength training.  The nylon covering not only helps it withstand abuse; it also dampens the noise from slamming on hard surfaces.  The 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) diameter thickness and 50 foot (15.24 m) length make it the perfect weight for users of all types while allowing it to be used in smaller environments. Also available in a 30ft length. Two of them can be used and stored on the Torque Battle Rope Anchor Pole
