Constructed with three 1.25” diameter pull-up bars with “thru-plate” construction.
Allows for two different pull-up heights at the same station.
Compatible with all X-Racks, Armaments and 8’ Arsenals. Not compatible with 7’ Arsenals.
Proprietary storm grey wrinkle textured paint is powder coated to 5 mil thickness (vs industry standard of 2 mil) creating a superior grip and long-lasting durability.

Great Hip Thrust Machine

Great hip thrust machine, I give the machine 5 stars. I give the instructions a 1 star, they are horrible. Im very mechanically inclined and can fix and put together just about anything, but who ever made these instructions did a horrible job. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube to help out.
