Why is this great?

I'm loving this for my clients. You can do isometrics, push ups, or just recovery. The beauty of this comes from all the small muscle contrations that counteract the multidirectional vibrations. If you've felt it, you know it's a must have. Just be careful on the size, it's pretty big to move.

I have been incorporating the power plate into my clients weekly routines regularly for 7+ years and they have seen the results within weeks of using it for just 20 minutes at the beginning of their sessions. Their flexibility has increase, joint pain has decreased or is completely gone, muscle definition has greatly improved, and those are just the results they can see and feel.
