I have been incorporating the power plate into my clients weekly routines regularly for 7+ years and they have seen the results within weeks of using it for just 20 minutes at the beginning of their sessions. Their flexibility has increase, joint pain has decreased or is completely gone, muscle definition has greatly improved, and those are just the results they can see and feel. I use the power plate at least 3 times a week for my resistance training, core training and to relieve pain in my neck due to stenosis and bulging discs. The increased circulation alone is amazing.
