How to Take an Ice Bath:
- Place the barrel on a solid surface.
- Add water than ice. If you're a beginner, start at 50 to 60 degrees F.
- To enter the bath, use a step stool.
- An ice bath should last 3-5 minutes.
- Exit by standing up and SAFELY stepping on the stool with one foot first, then the other, and exit
