Once everything was delivered (dumbbells are shipped separately) one 50LB dumbbell was missing and soon after I received a call from customer service, that they are shipping a replacement because the last shipment was lost in transit. I had to get a treadmill w slats (for shin splint and knee comfort). While I’m very involved in the Peloton ecosystem ,,,running and power walking on a powered treadmill belt treadmill was no longer an option for me. I wanted shorter hiit workouts where my legs powered the treadmill,,, not a motor. So,,I work out w Peloton classes on an appletv ,,,using the PRO6 Arcadia. Slats,,, no motor,,,20-30 min Peloton App classes,,,,couldn’t be happier!

I use my Power Plate My5, 4 times a week for about 10 to 20 minutes each session. Lower body and core work mostly, and my results are totally amazing.
