The Body-Solid GLDA3 Leg Developer Attachment is designed for targeted knee, thigh, hamstring, and glute training. Compatible with GFID71 and GFID100 benches, this attachment enables leg extensions for quad development and leg curls for hamstring isolation. The pivot-lock feature provides stability for lat pulldowns and ab crunches, while the 1" plate post accommodates standard-size plates (Olympic adapter sleeve sold separately). Built for durability and smooth movement, the GLDA3 is the perfect addition to any commercial gym setup.
