At Competitors Outlet, we are proud to be an authorized dealer of Torque Fitness products, ensuring that every product you purchase is backed by Torque’s official manufacturer warranty.
All Torque products sold through Competitors Outlet are covered under Torque Fitness’ Limited Warranty, as outlined below.
Limited Warranty Overview
Torque Fitness provides a non-transferable limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial or in-home use.
By purchasing Torque equipment through Competitors Outlet, you agree to follow all assembly, usage, and maintenance guidelines. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
Torque will, at its discretion:
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Provide replacement components as needed
Important:
The warranty covers parts only unless otherwise specified.
What Is Not Covered
Customers are responsible for:
- Labor for installation, removal, or reinstallation (unless specified)
- Shipping and handling for warranty claims
- Routine maintenance and normal wear and tear
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by external factors or improper use
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue with your Torque product:

Inspection Requirement
All products should be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Cardio & Movement Equipment (Stealth, XERT, XRR)
- Frame: 10 Years
- Structural Parts: 5 Years
- Other Parts: 2 Years
- Labor: 1 Year
Storage, Accessories & Free Weights
Dumbbells / Barbells
- 1–7 Years depending on model
Kettlebells
- 1 Year
Plates
- 90 Days – 3 Years depending on type
X-Impact Equipment
- Slam Balls, Torpedo Bags, Wall Balls: 2 Years

Heavy Bags & Soft Goods

- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- Warranty is void if products show signs of abuse (dropping, slamming improperly, etc.)
- Outdoor use is limited and may reduce warranty coverage
