If you have the space in your gym for it, this thing will end up saving you time because you won't have to lay a landmine with a barbell. Throw some plates on this t-bar and start to work. The angles are all rather accurate since you can adjust your position on the chest pad for the best lat activation. The motion is smooth and quiet. The whole thing is very high quality and it functions very well in my roughly 575 square foot gym space.
