The Muscle D iso lateral kneeling leg curl isolates and develops your hamstrings. With independent arms that are supported by heavy-duty pillow block bearings for the smoothest possible travel and longevity.

Calf rollers add comfort to leg curl exercises, and a unique knee pad flips back and forth for single leg isolation on both sides. The dual hand grips and forearm pad keep the body in the proper form at all times. The weight horns are long enough to accommodate multiple weight plates for even the most powerful lifter.
