The Torque premium nylon covered battle rope is a great tool for metabolic and strength training.  The nylon covering not only helps it withstand abuse; it also dampens the noise from slamming on hard surfaces.  The 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) diameter thickness and 50 foot (15.24 m) length make it the perfect weight for users of all types while allowing it to be used in smaller environments.
