- 6 nylon-covered solid steel weight holders are fully welded to the frame and angled to keep weight plates on the rack
- Strategically located plate holders that allow 45lb plates or any bumper plates to be placed in all locations
- Rubber bumpers protect weight plates
- Large flat-oval 11 gauge
- Non-skid rubber feet with a four-point-base for stability
- Nylon frame guards protect frame from dumbbells placed resting against the rack
