We like this sauna very much.
When it arrived, we had to replace a part and was able to receive it very quickly. The customer service was perfect.
We had a contractor who was also remodeling our bathroom set up the sauna, and it seemed easy. It took him an hour, or an hour and a half to complete.
The backrests are good, and I really like the Bluetooth compatibility to listen to music, podcasts, or anything else while you're in the sauna.
It takes about 30mins to heat up, which I assume is due to the standard outlet plug-in, so I give this 4 out 5 stars.

Great sauna, it's awesome! 3-months later and there are no issues so far, it does the job of what I need.

Shelly was awesome and answered all my questions! I don't have any idea how she got everything shipped so quickly. Everything arrived undamaged and perfectly as described. I set it up yesterday and used it for the first time and it is heavenly! I'm so happy with this purchase and the customer service at Competitors Outlet is unmatched. My husband and I were so thrilled to finally receive our Sauna, a gift 🎁 from Mom from competitorsoutlet.com.
We purchased one from another manufacturer and after waiting for weeks, with delivery dates constantly being pushed back, at the end we got a refund and no Sauna.
Saddened, we looked and looked and found Shelly, at competitorsoutlet.com. She not only answered all our questions, but was completely authentic. She explained the high demand of Saunas and getting the products during Covid and the current situation.
Ten days later, the Sauna arrived and the delivery man helped us put the three large boxes in our home.
Give yourself time to read the instructions and the video that is presented. You definitely need two people to put the Sauna together.
Really genius way of constructing this unit. Six major pieces that fit like a glove when assembled.
Be patient and call Shelly if you are having doubts.
