Even with this awesome storage feature, it doesn’t hold back on work capacity. This rack can support up to 750 lbs!

This Squat Rack provides all the benefits of squatting, pressing, and pull-ups with way less bulk. It has 2x2 uprights with 1-inch holes spaced 2-inches apart and will be compatible with rack accessories made with these same specifications in mind. This rack will help you remain committed to your workouts, without needing to dedicate a ton of space to the process!

The Synergee Foldable Squat Rack comes with a 42”-long, 1.3”-diameter pull-up bar. Pull-ups, muscle ups, a spot to hang our rings: this pull-up bar is perfect for your workout needs.

Squats

This rack has uprights spaced 42” apart, perfect for racking a standard barbell for your front and back squats! Each upright is 2x2, has 1-inch holes spaced 2” apart, and the rack can support up to 750 lbs! Squat heavy, squat often!

Bench Press

Tired of squatting? Start pressing! Our Foldable Squat Rack comes with J Cups that can be set lower on the uprights for your bench press. Note: This rack does not come with a bench. Benches are sold separately.

Great Hip Thrust Machine

Great hip thrust machine, I give the machine 5 stars. I give the instructions a 1 star, they are horrible. Im very mechanically inclined and can fix and put together just about anything, but who ever made these instructions did a horrible job. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube to help out.
